Studies On Ability Of Anti-infection For Nematodir-us Spp In German Mutton Merino In Inner Mongolia

Nematodirus spp, which is dominant sociales in nemathelminthes of digestive tract in sheep on pasture of Xinlinhaote of Inner Mongolia. .Declared that the status of Nematodirus infection is different from German Mutton Merino(experimental group) and Mongolia Sheep(control group). The result show that EPG-value of lambs of experimental group has significance against EPG-value of lambs of control group: EPG-value of young sheep of experimental group has significance against EPG-value of young sheep of control group , too; but EPG-value of adult groups has no significance. So the result show that anti-infection for Nematodirus is weaker in German Mutton Merino than Mongolia Sheep, and adult sheep certain ability of anti- fection for Nematodirus. Meanwhile, the author processed two times eosinophilic granulocyte count tests . the result show that nemathelminthes infectionsity in digestive tract presents positive correlation with EQ value. Measured contents of Se,Zn,Cu and activity of GSH-P~,SQD in the body show that German Mutton Merino has feeble ability of anti-infection for Nematodirus against Mongolia Sheep. Finally. according to the difference status of anti-infection for Nematodirus. we suggest specific improving precautionary measures for nemathelminthes.
