| This paper presented the research on the safener R-28725 to protect corn from long residual herbicides damage. Using biology measure in the room, bioassay methods in greenhouse simulated herbicides residual exam and region exam, the effects of the three kinds of herbicides with R-28725 on corn were studied GSH and the content of branch chain amino acid. The main research work concluded as following: 1 .To study the sensitivity of different species corns to react on chlorsulfuron chlorimuron-ethyl and imazethapyr, it can be found the sequence of sensitivity that is Dong Nong 40>Hai YuWu>Dong Nong 248>Dong Nong9702 >LongDanl3 from power to weakness. 2.
