This paper studied the effect of the residue of chlorsulfuron in soil to succeeding maize andthe effect of target compounds dichloroacetyl oxazolidine on the detoxification effect ofchlorsulfpron by biology measure in the room. The effect of target compounds dichloroacetyloxazolidine and chlorsulfuron on glutathione (GSH) content, glutathione S-transferases (GSTs)activity and acetolactate synthase (ALS) activity in maize were examined. The results of thestudy as following:1. The residue of chlorsulfuron in soil and its effect to succeeding maizeChlorsulfuron had some inhibition effects on maize at 0.1~16μg/kg concentration, with theincreasing of chlorsulfuron concentration and inhibition effect increased. In sensitivity tochlorsulfuron root length ranked first, root fresh weight next, plant frest weight third and plantheight last, IC30 of them were respectively as following: 2.55μg/kg, 2.66μg/kg, 33.88μg/kg,21.28μg/kg, so the sensitivity of in-soil part of maize was higher than that of above-soil part ofmaize to chlorsulfuron.2. Detoxification effects of target compounds dichloroacetyl oxazolidine to chlorsulfuronDetoxification effects of the best when concentration 2μg/kg of chlorsulfuron and targetcompounds in certain ratio. Evaluating index with rehabilitation, when the concentration oftarget compounds were 1~250mg/kg, all growth index of maize were protected, Whenconcentration of target compounds were 1~50mg/kg, with the increasing of target compoundsconcentration and rehabilitation of AD-67, compoundⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere increased, 50mg/kg wereincreased most greatly; When concentration of target compounds were 1~100mg/kg, with theincreasing of target compounds concentration and rehabilitation of R-28725,Ⅳ,Ⅴwereincreased, 100mg/kg were increased most greatly; When concentration of target compoundsexceeded 500mg/kg, Rehabilitation of growth index of maize under lower at zero, Targetcompounds could not alleviate but aggravate damage to maize.Different protect effects of target compounds to damage of maize in chlorsulfuron 2μg/kgresidue soil. Evaluating of growth index maize with rehabilitation, when concentration of targetcompounds were 1~50mg/kg, effects of protection of target compounds as following: AD-67ranked first,Ⅱnext,Ⅰthird,Ⅲfourth, R-28725 fifth,Ⅴsixth, compoundⅣrehabilitation last;when concentration of target compounds were 100mg/kg, effects of protection of targetcompounds as following: R-28725 ranked first, compoundⅢwas last; effects of protectiondecreased when concentration of target compounds were 250~1000mg/kg, effects of protectionunder zero when congcentration of target compounds exceeded 500mg/kg, and effects ofprotection above-soil part of maize was more than that of in-soil part of maize to chlorsulfuron.3. Influence of target compounds dichloroacetyl oxazolidine and chlorsulfuron on maize biochemistry index.Distinctly influence of target compounds and chlorsulfuron on glutathione content andglutathione S-transferases activity of maize. The glutathione content and glutathioneS-transferases activity was increased and then decreased with the concentration of chlorsulfuronincreased. Target compounds could hold high glutathione content and glutathione S-transferasesactivity in maize, especially root of maize, the result can be explained, the safeners treated canincreased GST isoenzymes form to chlorsulfuron has activity. Chlorsulfuron metabolizepromoted and increased effect of protection to crop.Distinctly influence of target compounds and chlorsulfuron on acetolactate synthase (ALS)activity. Inhibition to chlorsulfuron on ALS activity of maize, The acetolactate synthase activitywas increased and then decreased with the concentration of chlorsulfuron increased; Targetcompounds could hold high acetolactate synthase activity in maize, especially leaf of maize, decreasing with the concentration of target compounds increased, the result indicated of targetcompounds can activate target enzyme ALS of chlorsulfuron, Injury of chlorsulfuron in maizedecreased.
