Studies On Morphological And Some Physiological Characteristics Under The Different Sowing Density In Witer Wheat

The experiments were carried out on the experiment farm of Anhui Agricultural University form 1999 to 2000,by using field experiment methods;and applying phytology, physiology, ecology, biochemistry, cultivational physiology of wheat, wheat cultivation techniques.The object is to syudy morahological character and some physiological character reason of lodging and reason of reduction in yield after lodging.The main result of study were followed:1. The relationship of culm character and resist lodgingThe result of study indicated: the condition of culm growth and the character of resist lodging was intimately correlation, the degree of culm able-bodied and the character of resist lodging was intimation best of all. the degree of correlation was :the second internode>the first internode >the third internod.among the factor of culm able-bodied . the degree of effect CLI(culm loding indes): the DW of basal internode >the thickness of basal internode >the DW of sheath>the length of basal internode > the size of basal internode inner diameter, but the outer diameter. Through the shudy . the CLI was definituded as a synthesis indicator of wheat resis) lodging.2. Some physiologic characteristics of culm resist lodgingThrough to measure the content of total NN soluble sugar and the component of cell wall, the valid C/N and the-importance of C/N in wheat resist lodging study are analylized. the result as follow;1. The content of sugar on wheat strain immediately effect the character of resist lodging .when the content of sugar supply greater than needing, the-spare sugar invert to the matter of cell wall, e.g cellulose. Then the character is raised;when the content of sugar supply less than the needing .the storing matter is resoluted, thus the character of resist lodging is decreased.2. The content of total N also effect the character of resist lodging. When the content of total N is high,it will need sugar to generate nitride.then the character of resist lodging will been decreased.3. The content of sugar and the content of total N is pet-marked negative correlation.after blooming ,keeping with the accumulation of total N.the content of sugar happen a great decrease, these greatly effect the character of resist lodging.4. the number of C/N and CLI was intimately. The analysis of trial statistica manifest the the number of C/N and CLI is greatly negative correlation( j = 1.820 l?-?05M v, r=0. 9811"). 3. The mechanism of lodgingThe result indicated: the reason of lodging was mainly due to the lousily of colony developmengt .from the outer morphological character, the lousily of basal internode which is greatly correlatedwith toCl.l is the mainly reason to lodging the increase of culm and intemode.some factof such as the decrease of basal internode weitihth and the rise of center of gtaviyu .can decrease the character of resist lodging; form the angle of physiologic , because of the lousily wheat development and the decrease of colony and individual photosynthesis, the sugar and dry matter are over-early and overdose transformed .so .the character of lodging was weakened.
