The Investigation Of The Contents Of Four Trace Elements In Soil-grass-animal And The Study On The Effect Of Copper Supplement On Reduce Abortion Rate Of Pregnant Goats In Minfeng County

Four trace element (Cu.. Zn.. Fe.. Mn) in soil-grass-animal system of MinFeng county of Helian area of Xiniiang were invested and analyzed and the experiments of supply copper, in order to verify the relationship that copper deficiency and goat's abortion in MinFeng county. Results showed that the mean values of Cu measured in soil was 0.51 lppm significantly lower than the mean values of the whole XinJiang was 1.81 ppm, and the contents of the Zn.. Fe and Mn trend to the lower. The contents of the Cu in forages was significantly lower than the reports of documents, The others were normal. The contents of the Cu in goat's blood and liver were lower than the values of the reported at home and broad, on the contrary, the Fe and Zn were higher. There were high relationship between the abortion rate and the Cu in goats blood were analyzed through statistics The result that the experiments of supplying copper in goat was the abortion rate of the treated group was 8.83%, it was significantly lower than that the abortion rate of the control group was 25.90/a The conclusions from the study: MinFeng county is maybe a copper deficiency area. It can reduce the goat s abortion rate by supplying copper in MinFeng county.
