Extraction technology of Astraglas Saponins is studied in this paper. Astragalus Saccharines under some conditions are also studied. The optimal extraction condition is 75% alcohol solution, 6hrs regurgitation, powder when marinated for l2hrs; Astraglas Saponins, Astraglas Saccharines and extractive aren抰 comparatively more when changing pH value of extractive solution and leaching by 0.2% NaOH solution than neither. But either can positively effect the ratio of Astraglas Saponins in the extrative, changing pH value of extractive solution can positively effect the ratio of Astraglas Saccharuies in the extractive and leaching by 0.2% NaOH solution can抰 do this. Applying Chitosan to extraction technology demonstrates that the optimal reaction temperature is 400C?00C, the optimal reaction time is 6Omin when the extraction condition is 75% alcohol solution, marinated l2hrs, 6hrs regurgitation, powder. And though there is lest extractive, the ratio of Astraglas Saponins in the extractive is the highest when Chitosan density is 0.08%.
