The serum imunoglobulins of seven cyprinide fishes were purified by (Nl-h)2S04 sedimentation and then filtrated through SephadexG-200. An indirect-ELISA was developed and the procedures were opiimized. The results showed that positive reactions occurred between all immunoglobulin antigens and the antiserum against Carassius auratus ibelio. The immunogenicity diversities were as follows: Carassius auratus ibelio > Carassius catpio > Parabramis pekinensis> Ctenopharyngodon idellur > Mylophaiyng odon piceus > Aristichthys nobilis> Hypophthalmichthys molitrix. It suggested that the cross-antigenicities in cyprinide fish serum immunoglobulins could be utilized to detect the cyprinide fish serum antibodies.
