Three kinds of region have been studied in this thesis. The dynamic changes of soluble proteins under the condition of water stress in field in flag leaf and seeds of winter wheat cultivars and hybridization progeny have been researched. And the drought resistance relationships between the cultivars and hybridization progeny of winter wheat have been preliminary discussed. It can be concluded that:1. The molecular weights of drought-induced proteins in different stage of different varieties are mostly in the range of 70kD-80kD.The kinds of drought induced proteins are different in different stage and different cultivars of winter wheat. The molecular weight has a trend that rises at first then goes down later with 76.5 kD as center. The change between cultivars seems as the same. But it is different in seeds.There are two bands of proteins (76.5 kD and 68.7 kD) that enhanced dramaticly in jointing-stage of drought-resistance and drought-resistance-and-high-yieldcultivars.there is only one 68.7 kD band enhanced obviously in drought sensitivecultivars. The jointing-stage can be used for the selection of dry land wheatbreeding.2. In hybridization progeny, the molecular weights of drought-induced proteins are in the range of 60kD-80kD. And they have trend of "low-high-low"with the molecular weight of 7d-after-flowering as top.3. The common character of varieties and hybridization progeny: the molecular weights of drought-induced proteins have a trend of "low-high-low". The 68.7 kD and 76.5 kD bands are all enhanced in jointing-stage; The molecular weights are mostly in the range 70kD-80 kD in earing-stage and flowering-stage; The range has50changed to 65 kD-100 kD in 7d after flowering-stage, and the highest molecular weights appear in this stage; In the stage of 14d after flowering, the number of enhanced bands are greatest, and most kinds of cultivars have 3 bands, some even have 5 bands; In the stage of 21d after flowering, the molecular weight of drought induced proteins are smaller than any other stages.
