China is a large agricultural nation, which needs a great amount of pesticides. Now most pesticides produced in china are imitated to the products of out-of-date patents and most of which have no knowledge rights. China has gone into WTO, with the strict of protect of knowledge rights, China needs to reinforce pesticide discovery research work, or else, the industry of pesticides in China will confront with more challenges. Fortunately, our nation and corporations have begun to pay more attention to the pesticide discovers' research work. This dissertation is carried out under this background.Many heterocvcie compounds are detected having bioactiviry, e.g. insectciding> weeding et al, in many international patents. Many isoxazole heterocycle compounds have efficiency or super-efficiency in controlling the growth of weeds. The compounds which include the functional groups of thiochroman, carbonyl and 4-trifluoromethy]-isoxazole have not been reported in the world yet.The dissertation simply introduced the work of pesticide discovery research. In chapter I , firstly, the author briefly introduced the hottest areas of pesticide discovery research. Secondly, the novelty and course why author chose the topic have been said. Thirdly, the s>Tithesis paths have been mentioned.In chapter II, some intermediate materials have been synthesized for further synthesizing the new compounds. For example, tnfluoro-acetic ethyl ester-3-chloro-propionic acid> O-methyl-hydroxylamine salt, N;N-dimethyl-hydrazine et al.In chapter HI, the author firstly synthesized the l,4-dimethyl-2-(3-methyI-but-2-enylsulfanyl)-benzene using 2,5-dimethyl-benzene thiol and 1 -bromo-3-methyl-but-2-ene. then the l,4-dimethyl-2-(3-methyl-but-2-enylsulfanyI}-benzene is condensed in the presence of PPA, and form the thiochroman heterocvcie. Through six steps, theauthor have synthesized the (4,4,5,8-tetram ethyl-thiochroman-6-yl)-(5-trifluoromethyl -isoxazole-4-yl )-methanone. The goal compound has been validated by the data of GC and NMR. All the mid-compounds also have been affirmed by the data of GC and NMR.In chapter IV, the author used the 2,5-dimethyl-benzene thiol as the original compound to synthesize the 5,8-dimethyl-6-(5-trifluoromethyl-isoxazole-4-carbonyl)-thiochroman-4-one-methyl-oxine, the author has successfully carried through five steps and synthesized five intermediate compounds. All the intermediates have been confirmed by the data of MS and NMR.
