The study was about a tritictan aestivum-Leymus multicaulis translocation line , and a common wheat sensing to BYDV,and their F2 population by SSR technique. The study was molecular markers and location of tolerant gene to barley yellow dwarf vims from leymus multicaulis. We obtaintained some results as followed.We analysised F2 intercross population from 96h9-l and Jing411,and we found the tolerant genes to BYDV which the triticum aestivum-Leymus multicaulis translocation line 96h9-l carries was composed of a pair of dominate genes,a pair of recessive genes and a pair of dominate crossed genes.About 100 primer pairs was used to analysis 96h9-l and its parents , and one prime by which the specific DNA of translocation chromosomes in 96h9-l could be amplified \iwse wreened. which was located on the small arm of 2B chromosome,so we could concluded that the translocation fragment of 96h9-l was located on the 2Bs chromosome. In addtion to, some translocation fragment may be located on 2Ek 2D chromosome.SSR marker were analysised using bulked segregant analysis of Leymus multicaulis, triticum aestivum-Leymus multicaulis disomic chromosome addition line 'Line24', triticum aestivum-Leymus multicaulis translocation line 96h9-l,and the common wheat parents 'Chinese spring' and 'fengkang No. 13',and susceptible 'jing 41 l',as well as the DNA pools for resistant and susceptible population of their F2;as a result the tolerance gene to BYDV from Leymus multicaulis was linked to SSR marker-WMS148,which genetic distance to the marker was 8.8cM and was located on the small arm of 2B chromosome.These results were the base of marker-...
