The Medicamentarius Effects Studies Of TANGTIESU

TANGTIESU has been used as a kind of useful extracts from plants in the production practices. But the feedback information shows that it's application is short of enough laboratory experiments before in use. So from the science point, in order to find solid evidence to proof the conclusions, the author was commissioned by the Shijiazhuang Jiuzhou Animal Medicine Co.,Ltd. to do some studies. The author chosed the toxicity, the antibacteriumity , the antioxidizity in vitro,the effects on immune functions of healthy mice, the antistress and the effects on the speed of intestines moving forward under the physiological conditions ect. to do these studies. All these showed :1. TTS had no clear evidences to restrain the growing of staphycococcus and colobacillus in vitro.2. The safe use limit of TTS is under 156.25mg/kg,it's LD50 is 380.76mg/kg,there was some toxicity stored in the body of the mouse.3. TTS had no clear evidences to effect the weight of immune organs of the healthy mice. To the positive rate of the T lymphocyte,TTS only has a increasing trend.4.On the side of antioxidizity, TTS has no clear evidiences both in vivo and invitro.5.TTS has no clear evidences to effect the intsetine spushing of the healthymice in short span.6.TTS has some laboratory functions on the antistress side,but has no clearevidences on the side of anti-tired.
