Deciduous fruit trees protected cultivation is a new culture form and can change and control the environment factor (such as hght,tempetaure,water,concentration of co2 and soil condition)using heliogreenhouse,plastic-covered shed as well as other product So that the fruit trees product target can be controlled by human As a kind of particular form protested cultivation has developped rapidly for recent several years At present,Deciduous fruit trees protested cultivation has become an important part of fruit trees cultivation.Peach and smooth-skinned peach are regarded as one of the most valuable trees to fit for protected cultivation.But the study about protected cultivation's physiology and technology is still extremely weak.Photosynthesis is the basic of plant growth.And it determines the product and the quality of the fruit trees Besides it is a sensitive physiological process to the change of the environment condition.TO study the peach leaf structure and photosynthesis not only contributes to build good quality and high product culture model but also contributes to investigate the peach' s physiological response to protected cultivation.So that there are important theory and practice meamngs.This article used two peach cultivars(Zao-fengwang and Zao lupan)as material,studied different cultivars photosynthetic form and physiological index under protected cultivation condition.The main results were as follows1.Under protected cultivation condition the two cultivars leaf area increased Zaofengwang leaf every issue thickness,hundred leaf weight,Specific leaf weight and chlorophyl content reduced,photosynthetic characteristics reducedconsequently Zaolupan leaf thickness,hundred leaf weight,squfi leaf weight and chlorophyll content increased,phtotsynthetic characteristics increased consequently.2 Under protected cultivation condition the light saturation point and the light compensation point in the two culuvars reduced. In the greenhouse the light saturation point of photosynthesis in Zaofeng wang was 620 u mol m'^s'^and the light compensation point was 20 u mol m"2 s'1, the light saturation point in Zaolupan was 556 u mol m"2 s"',and the light compensation point was 14 u mol m"2 s"';Ln outdoor the light saturation point in Zaofeng wang was 1000 u mol m"2 s"1 and the light compensation point was48 u mol m"2 s"',the light saturation point in Zaolupan was 900 y mol m"2 s'',and the light compensation point was 32 u mol m'2 s"1.3 The two cultivars under protected cultivation,the day change of net photosynthetic rate(Pn)presented a two-peak pattern.In a sunny day the Pn in Zaofengwang was co23.68 u mol m"2 s"',and reduced 58.1 percent comparing with outdoor,the Pn in Zaolupan was co25 51 u mol m'2 s"' and increased 29.1 percent comparing with outdoor.4 The two cultivars net photosynthetic rate high peak and low ebb continuous time at noon were both different.lt is possiblly relative to the fitting characteristics of the cultivar to the prutection ecology...
