| Sand soil from Three-Well town of Fuyu county, Jilin province, was used as the experimental Soil. Through some pot culture experiments and field experiments such as collection of peanut nodule bacteria, strain separation and purification, and returning inoculation of original host varieties, some good strains and their combinations that suit different peanut varieties of Jlin province were selected, and the yield increasing mechanism of peanut ?peanut root nodule symbiosis nitrogen fixation was clarified preliminarily.Superior nodule bacteria varieties of 2644,2656 and 2697 were selected, and through pot culture experiments, their physiological and chemical characteristics were identified. The results show that 2644 is quick-growing type of nodule bacteria, demonstrating comparatively strong nitrogen-fixating ferment activity. 2656 and 2697 are slow-growing types of nodule bacteria, with a relatively strong nitrogen fixation activity. The above results rectify the conventional opinion that peanut nodule bacteria do not have a quick-growing type or the quick-growing type has a lower nitrogen-fixating ferment activity. At the same time, a far better effect can be obtained when two or more than two of the three superior strains are combined together. They are better-selected strains suitable for development and application in production. This provides theoretical foundation for the introduction of superior nodule bacteria varieties and inoculation combination. The experimental results of pot culturing selected peanut nodule bacteria indicate that, different peanut nodule bacteria have different effects on peanut growth and development. As to IV flower 1, the inoculation combination of 2644+2656 is comparatively better. It is obviously superior to that of any other treatments in such breeding index as number of root nodule per plant, moisture-free weight of root nodule, and moisture-free weight of up-ground plant, and in such physiological index as content of total nitrogen of up-ground plant, and activity of symbiosis nitrogen fixation ferment. As to the variety of small four granule red peanut, the relatively better treatment is the combination of 2644+2696.Observation of peanut breeding period indicates that, when these two groups of nodule bacteria are inoculated, leaves are dark in color and flourishing, and plants are tall and strong. The root nodule increases in number and has big body. The experimental results indicate that when the quick-acting nitrogen is applied in properly small amount, it enhances the symbiosis nitrogen fixation effect of peanut ~ peanut nodule bacteria, and stimulates peanut growth and development. Among most treatments, the treatment of 10% cutting on nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer has a comparatively significant effect on small four granule red peanut variety. The results of pot culture experiments and field experiments to test the effects of different peanut nodule bacteria on peanut growth and developmental characteristics indicate that when it comes to the variety of small four granule red peanut, the inoculation of 2644 and 2644+2656 show some comparatively better breeding index in number of root nodule per plant and moisture-free weight of plant up-ground. The above results indicate that the superior strains are of some stability. The yield results of field experiments indicate that when different peanut nodule bacteria are inoculated, the inoculation of 2644 is still obviously better than any other treatment in number of peanut effective pod, weight of 100 grains, and the yield. It indicates the consistency in yield increasing with pot culture experiments. |
