The result is:33 materials are S, 17 materials are MR, 5 materials are R. This result provides test materials for disease resistance breeding.Surveying and de terming the conductirity, chlorophy content and PPO. activity of pumpkin materials after being inoculated 3.6.9.12.15.18.21.24.27 days. The result is:the change of conductirity, chlorophy content and PPO activity of healthy plant was small, however the inoculated plant, conductirity of relativity attained largest number after inoculated 21 days then decreased;chlorophy content decreased and PPO activity attained largest number after inoculated 21 days then decreased.
