Tianda-2116" is a mordern scientific and technological short for product, which is mainly composed of chitosan. It is developed and exploited by bio-tech limited company and Shandong University together. The studies on "tianda-2116" can be widely used on the different crops. The results showed the vegetative growth of the plant promoted and resistance to diseases(inverses) enhanced, and it is also showed that "tianda-2116" improved the fruit quality, but the study of effect on "tianda-2116" have never been carried out in grapevine. In this research, three wine grape varieties were selected as experimental materials.The spray trial of "Tianda-2116"was carried out in the field. Our purpose is to investigate the influence of "Tianda-2116"on the vegetative growth, resistance to diseases, the chlorophll content of grape leaves, and grape fruit, and to provide useful experimental information for applying in wine grape. The main results were as follows:(1) "Tianda-2116"may regulate the shoot growth condition of different grape varieties by sprying right concentrations. For Merlot , with vigorous branch, "Tianda-2116"mainly played a role in restraining shoot growth. On the contrary, "Tianda-2116"mainly promoted shoot growth for Cabernet Franc of weak vigor, and "Tianda-2116"had a double funtion of inhibition and promotion for different treatment period andconcentration in Pinot Noir with medium branch vigor.(2)Sprying right concentrations of "Tianda-2116" can increase the root number of different grape vartiety. The best treatment was different as the grape variety is different. The best treatment was 500 times both the green stage and veraition for Merlot. The best treatment was 500 times at veraision by sprying "Tianda-2116"for Pinot Noir and Cabernet France was 900 times at veraision.(3)Spraying right concentrations of "Tianda-2116"can strengthen the resistance to Plasrriopara Viticola of grapevine. The different treatement concentrations "Tianda-2116" of all significantly enhanced the resistance to disease of Merlot at different periods. When "Tianda-2116" was sprayed to Pinot Noir, the stronger effect of resistance to PlasmoparaViticola were 500 times at three different period treatment. The most treatment of "Tianda-2116"can significant improved the late stage resistance to diseases of Cabernet Franc.(4) Spraying right concentrations of "Tianda-2116" can increase the chlorophll content of grape leaves1, and promote photosynthesis. After spraying the higher concentration of "Tianda-2116"at three different period treatment, the chlorophll content of three varieties had all a significant rise.(5) Spraying right concentrations of "Tianda-2116"may improved fruit quality , such as,soluble solid, organic acid, tannin and color.In conclusion, as a kind of organism pharmaceutical. According to the characteristic and aim of different grape variety, "Tianda-2116" should be sprayed with right treatment period and concentration . So as to achieve regulating some growth and development of vine , and to increase yield and fruit quality.
