In this thesis, for the first tbo, fluorescence in sitUhybridiZation to DNA of several hybrids PMC meiosis and somatic chromosome ofalloPolyPloid G. hirsutUm L.with the probe of genome DNA of diploid (G arboreumL.) has been aPPlided to StUdy the genome interrelation and evolution relationshipbetween twium genomes. Hybridhation sites were deected by the systems ofFITC-PI and Rhodaxnin-DAPI. The main resultS are as follows:First, signals in the twO hybrids of ADxD showed more bivalent and lesswhvalent, sometiInes multivalod. The trAnslocation bbeen A-subgenome and D-subgenome of the hybrids was hapPened frequently and yielded about 5 and l signalsites reSPectively On the contrary, hybridiZation sits in the two hybrids of ADxCindicated less bivalent and more talvalent. More tranSlocation sits were indentified inthe chromosomes of A-subgenome and D. C-subgenome, about l l and 8 resPectivelySecond, genome in sitU hybridiZation of G hirsutum could be used to definitelydifferentiatC betwCen A-subgenome and D-subgenome. From the hybridhaionresults,we concluded that the traditional rule tO grOuP subgenondc chromosomewasn't perfect in the allopolyPloid Gompium and revealed 4 pairs chromosomeserror in the A. D-subgenome. Chromosome exchanges betWeen the A-. D-subgenomewere not founded.The genetic relationship and the illtergenondc intrgression betwCen A. D. Cgenome were discussed.
