Study On Design Of The Test Bench Testing The Lift Capacity Of Tractor Hydraulic Lifter

This study includes design of the special loading-frame and hydraulic loading system for checking-up the lift capacity of tractor hydraulic lifter,besides,it involves the fixing and debuge and experimentation of the whole test bench.In the design of loading-frame, puting forword a group of universal dimensions of three-point free-link attachment to category I and II tractors through comparing and analysing whose scope of dimensions,thereout, working out sketch of loading framework on several different positions in the whole lift-course of hydraulic liftenAfter this.analysing the case of force on loading framework when the loading force equal to 44100N and the lift-position of the hydraulic lifter is on upper limit,and giving a data table about the case of force on all these positions ,consequently,completing the design of loading frame.In the part of the design of hydraulic loading system,constituting project of the hydraulic loading system of current test bench through comparing and analysing international and national current hydraulic loading projects and working out the pressure and flux of which according to the load and velocity and structure dimension of hydraulic executor-actuator.Thus, choosing the power and hydraulic component and designing hydraulic loop. Subsequently,designing the integration of hydraulic loop which makes whole system's structure more tighter and simplifies hydraulic loop, so, completing the deploy of hydraulic component.so as to completing the design of whole hydraulic loading system.In addition,resovling the base for fixing actuator in the part of setting and debugging of whole test bench;indicating performance of the test bench reliability and the test data is accord with correlative standard and may be taken as the bases of trouble shooting and maintain for tractor hydraulic lift system through testing the hydraulic lifter's static performance of tractor NEWHOLLAND 110-90.Postgraduate: ShengGang Luan Major: Mechanism Design and Theory Tutor: Prof.BoLin Mi...
