Strawberry(Fragarza xananassa Duch.),one of the famous fruits in china, is in consumers' good graces around the world ,due to its economical characters, nice test, rich nutrition constituents and high vitamins. Many countries have distributing of strawberry, the grown area was expanded smoothly in china as well. However,the quality of strawberry was poor and yield was low because of virus. At present, sixty-two virus were indentified, strawberry mottle virus ,strawberry vein banding virus,strawberry crinkle virus ,strawberry mild yellow edge virus were more serious of all. Therefore, studies on the virus-elimination of strawberry mild yellow edge virus are important. Four varieties FengXiang ,XingXiang,GongSiMeiErHao were used as experiment materials,And we adopted the methods of shoot tip culture , thermotherapy and medication therapy to study the methods of elimination and the rate of elimination.The results as follows:1. The flagella shoot tip from strawberry Fengxing,Xingxiang, GongSiMeiErHao were used as materials.MS medium was the basic medium, and we set up four mediums for adventition buds inducing, in the fourth medium without hormone BA was control, we set up three mediums for buds multiplication,the third medium was control. Results showed that hormone BA was necessarily. The optimal medium which can induce adventition buds of FengXiang and GongSiMeiErHao was MS+BA0.5mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1,and the optimal medium which can induce multiplicating was MS+BA0.5mg.L-1 +NAA0.1mg.L-1 +GA30.1mg.L-1. For strawberry XingXiang, MS+BA1.0mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1 was the optimal medium for adventition buds induction, MS+ BA1.0mg.L-1+NAA0.1mg.L-1+ GA30.1mg.L-1 was the better for multiplication induction.2. Vitreous with virus were treated by heating gradually ,heating constantly, heating changely for 21d, Hyperthermic treatment by heating gradually was the first time applied into eliminating strawberry mild yellow edge virus and it was a effective methods for tips ofvitreous shoots of strawberry. The results showed that the survive rates for FengXiang and GongSiMeiErHao were 73.31% and 57.50% respectively when they were treated by heating for 21 days, and heat endurance of FengXiang was better than that of GongSimeiErHao.3. In this study, Ribavirin was also the frist time applied into eliminating strawberry mild yellow edge virus. Four different consistency of Ribavirin were appended to inducing medium, along with the consistency of Ribavirin rised,the survive rate of shoot tip and multiplication were droped to 20.75% and 1.73 times, respectively.Adding 1 mg.L-1-20 mg.L-1 Ribavirin into medium can remain certain survive rate and multiplication rate for adventition buds differentition .The results show that the survive rate and multiplication rate of XingXiang were more than 40% and 3 times, respectively.4. strawberry mild yellow edge virus antiserum was antibody,ELISA showed that the elimination rates of SMYEV through shoot tip culture were low, for FengXiang and XingXiang the rate of elimination were higher than that of GongSiMeiErHao,its eliminatie-free rate was about 50%, 100% through hyperthermic treatment by heating gradually for FengXiang and GongSiMeiErHao and 100% through 20mg.L-1 Ribavirin.for XingXiang.These treated materials can be applied in practical production only after virus are indentified.
