Application Of Frequency Changer Agricultural Water Saving

Based on some problems about random draft, energy conservation and ensemble efficiency of hydraulic-projects utilization, by the way of full-scale test, the application of frequency changer in agricultural water saving have been studied.It is the first time in China for the imagination that frequency changer has been used in tube-well irrigation in order to make the water pump keep constant transformation. And it has made innovations that full-scale test has been made in agricultural water saving about the application of frequency changer. This achievement has important directive function for the utilization of frequency changer in tube-well irrigation, spray irrigation and drip irrigation. And it can help us to open up the utilization scope offrequency changer.The main content have been studied in this paper. For example, the energy saving effect of the frequency changer utilization in tube-well irrigation, spray irrigation and drip irrigation, the influence of the frequency changer to the degree of consistency in tube-well irrigation, spray irrigation and drip irrigation, and the full-scale test of the frequency changer used in tube-well irrigation. The degree of consistency change of sprinkler head and the O 8mm depression drip pipe with the change of pressure has been tested.The main conclusion of this study has been produced as follows:(1)The theory will be correct and notable benefit will be obtained through the utilization of the frequency changer in tube-well irrigation, spray irrigation and drip irrigation.(2) Some energy saving effect of the frequency changer utilization in tube-well irrigation, spray irrigation and drip irrigation will be produced, 37. 3-82. 6%(or35. 4%~66. 7%), 25. 9%~41. 7% and 73. 6%.(3)The tube-well irrigation pump performance will be better for constant-current transformer than constant pressure governor in the running of the frequency changer utilization, and the argument of electric energy saving will be increased.(4) The frequency changer which used in sprayirrigation and drip irrigation will have the function to improve the degree of consistency.(5)The of sprinkler head will change with a shape of parabola. The max degree of consistency will be 82%, the corresponding pressure will be 16.8mH2O, and the corresponding pressure will be 9~24. 8 mH2O when the degree of consistency less than 70%.(6)The degree of consistency of depression drip pipe will be the shape of parabola too with the change of the 8mm tube head pressure.
