| In this chapter, the photosynthetic physiological characteristics in wheat been summarized from six aspect as photosynthetic characters, photorespiriation, the correction between photosynthesis and grain yield, assimilate transportation, photosynthesis regulation of environment factors , photosynthesis application in breeding. Different styles wheat had dissimilar photosynthetic rate, value of chlorophyll, photochemical efficiency of photosystem II, water utilize efficiency, Rubiscolase activity, complicacy of correction whit "source", "sink","flow",it had been identified with that positive correction between photosynthesis and grain yield. Photosynthesisapplication in breeding are recognized more and more.
