The experiment proceeded in agricultural techndogy station of Lu Jang xian An Hui province and the testing ground of Anhui Agricultural University from2004 to 2005.The content of it concered plant and physiology of cotton.,The effect of densities and potassium on yield quality of transgenic resistant insect cotton and DPH37B's synthetic characters were studied by planting in field and examing seed in laboratory.The primary results of research are as follows.1.Grow CharactersAt the same circumstances,DPH37B's growth was not evident difference from CCRI29 during seeding stage.They grew slowly from seeding stage to bud stage.After budding,Their root family was thrive and the plant on the field improved fastly.They got slow during the period of vomit.Howerer,The amount of growth per day of CCRI 29 improved,as was showed thrive norish growth in the last pieried.There were not evident difference in the number of buds and fruit brunches during bud stage as well,but DPH37B who had less buds had more buds and fruit brunches than CCRI 29 during beginning of flower and thrive time of flower.2.Accumulation and distribution of dry matterThe rule of change of weight matter per plant of the two transgenic cotton was almost the same during the whole preceeding,Which was"s".Before bllosom,The weight of dry matter of the two kinds of cotton was not evident different. During flowering stage,The accumuments of dry mather of the two kinds of cotton were not same,as is shown that DPH37B who fell fastly had more accumument than CCRI 29.They had the same rule in norish growth and reproduction growth.With the growth of cotton,the rate of reproduction growth improved and the norish growth fell,it achieved need in different time. DPH37B showed difference during flowering time and the period of vomit,It's dry matter weight of reproduction organs and the rate surpassed CCRI 29.3.Photosynthetic charactedrsThe amount of Chlorophyll of DPH37B was heigher than CCRI 29 during bud and flowering stages,which fell quickly as the difference of Heredity material .Their LAI were showed"s",It is a character of heigh yield field.The change per day of Pn of the two transgenic cotton was same.they have two peaks ,the first was higher than the second but there was no obvious difference between the two transgenic cotton. DPH37B and CCRI 29's CI were opposed to pn,The changment per day of Tr showed the tendeny which arised with Temperature. Tr fell during 12:00-14:00.The relation between factors of Photo-synthesis and pn was almost the same,CI ,SC were Positive related with Pn ,CO2R.PAR were weakly related.4.The relation of the growing and physiological characters to yieldReserch for yield character that per boll,b0lls count per plant and the number of the whole bolls are important factors to decide the yield. dry weight of The nutrition organs, reproduction organs,photosynthetic rate ,chlorophyll contents and leaf area index of bud and blossom stage affected most the cotton yield.The difference of growth and physiological characters between the two kinds of cotton made weight of per boll,cent of dress of CCRI29 were higher than DPH37B,while bolls of one plant,yield of lint were lower.The experiment showed planting DPH37B and CCRI29 had not evident difference in yield in Jiang Huai district.During production of cotton,it is possible to realize high yield and quality by using appropriate way according to characters of different variety.From this experiment,manigement of earlier ,middle stage should be paied attention to CCRI 29 ,while improving weight per boll and strenthing later management is important to DPH37B.5.The effect on Yield and quality of DPH37B under different densities and potassium.According to the result of the test,there were not difference in teams on agriculture characters,economica characters,Lint yied,fiber quality of DPH37B under different densities and potassium.However,density and potassium who have interaction have evident effection on height of plant, the number of fruit brunches per plant,Lint Yield,different disposals have evident diffence.The number of fruit brunches,Fruit stanza per plant, Lint Yied of DPH37B was much higer in A2B3 than other disposals.ANOVA showed The interaction between densities and potassium,potassium had effection on cent of dress ,but they had not effection on DPH37B'S econmica characters,the lenth of fiber, weight of nuts,weight of per boll.consequently,more potassium could improve cent of dress.Potassium who had not big influence on the number of Micron value had much bigger difference on fiber quality of lint,even index ,tidy degree reflectivity.Four kinds of buds were affected by different densities and the amount of potassium.According to the correlated analysis . The Yield of DPH37 was positive correlated with weight of per boll ,the number of bolls per plant,cent of dress.The lenth of fiber, Ratio strength ,tidy degree were evident positive correlated with even index,but reflectivity was negative related witheven index.
