Selected seven pairs of resistance gene analog primers, which are S2-inv/As3-inv> Ptokinl/Ptokin2> NLRR-for/NLRR-rev , NLRR-invl/NLRR-inv2 , XLRR-for/RR-rev , CLRR-for/CLRR-rev > RLRR-for/RLRR-rev. Analyzed RGA polymorphism for Dongnong415, Ken92-509, Mudanjiangl9, KongyulSletc.that the total material is twenty-four Japonica rice and one Indica rice (IR58), and so do for barnyardgrass> Echinochloa crusgllK Zizania latifolia^ maize. The total of 618 amplified products were generated from 29 material with seven pairs of primers, and showed higher polymorphism. Reclaimed RGA results of Dongnong415 that is permanence resistance rice blast variety, connected DNA with pMD18-T vector, transformed it into JM109 bacterium, obtained 69 clones. Abstracted the recombined plasmid and checked it by ultra-violet lamp, the results demonstrated that RGA amplified products have been transformed into JM109 bacterium. Analyzed linearity regression between RAG amplified products of seven pairs of primers and identified results of 25 rice material by rice blast Correlation coefficient did not achieve prominence level, which range from -0.3209 to 0.1243. By this way, analyzed varieties that have been bred by rice research institute of land reclamation academy of Heilongjiang province, which range from -0.8104 to 0.3223, however, correlation coefficient is -0.8104 between AGA band of the fifth pairs of primer and identified result of 8 rice varieties by rice blast Maybe the fifth pairs of primes have something to do with races of pyricularia oryzae Cav. in Heilongjiang province. Owing to it is a fine ploymorphism of RGA analysis, The information from this study may be useful in rice production by inter-planting different varieties in a field and breeding resistance varieties by the means of providing wilh different parental varieties. Cloned the RAG amplified products of Dongnond415, which is benefited to analyze and find and clone rice resistance blast gene in the future. At the same time, the experimental material has been identified by rice blast. The results of not only rice leaf blast but also rice neck blast indicated that were high to Kendao7> Dongnong415> Ken92-509^ Shashank Yimuluu Suijin^ IR58 and were low to Fushiguang, Xinyueguang, Xinzhimeng, Hejiang^ Heijing99-10^ Daobei52.
