Taken one-year old Camptotheca acuminata seedlings as trial materials, the changes of SOD activity, contents of Chl , MDA and pro were been studied under environmental factor stress. The results showed: there was significant difference among different lights, different light periods treatment concerning SOD activity, contents of Chl and pro, but content of MDA was not significant; SOD activity and content of pro were influenced heavily under 8℃ and 40℃ stress, Four physiological indexes were greatly affected under 4℃ stress, The Camptotheca acuminata seedlings were not growing under 45℃ ; It?s normal physiological metabolization was not affected if the dry intensity was not high, The intensity of membrance oxidation could be weaken if the resistance rising substance was spraied on the leaves; There was definite difference under different pH concerning SOD activity, content of Chl were the highest when pll was 5. 5-6.5, content of pro was rising under low pH.
