Design And Implement Of Geographic Information System On The Crop Management

Based on searching for and analyzing the crop information, environment information, management information and their relation, making use of the integrated technique of WebGIS and ES, synthesizing current technological results and expert's experience, this research established Crop Management Geographic Information System( CMGIS), to harmonize well and make use of kinds of agricultural resources, to optimize its distribution and programming, and to provide the crop management projects of the low cost, incremental output and high benefit inside the particular district. The system of CMGIS can provide the fast and accurate information service with governments and farmers.The system of CMGIS has five main functions:(1) Information Search Making use of mouse to specify position on the map,or according to combined condition of the different attribute and logic relation , it may search for the attribute information of certain region, and display the results with table or graph;It also has the following functions: zoom-in,zoom-out and roam of map,buffer_zone analyzing ,measuring perimeter and area of certain zone on the map. (2) Special Subject Analysis : According to item that user choose ,this system can make the map of all kinds of subjects, and can realize every kind of statistics ,analysis and forecast according to the historical datum of some special subject.(3)Intelligence Decision : This system realizes the integrated analysis of spatial allocation and spatial distributing of the agricultural resources in a curtain region,and provides users with the decisions ofoptimization of layout of farm crops, recommend of good breeds,optimization of fertilizers distribution, optimization of water resources ,utilizing applied models and expert's experience to solve problem. It can give various decision projects according to different decision targets or intentions of users, and analysize satisfaction of the project and evaluate the economic benefit utilizing synthetical evaluation model.lt may output the results in the form of the spatial distribution diagram or table. (4) System Maintenance : It includes the maintenance of database ,model-base , and knowledge-base.The maintenmance of database includes the editing and updating of datum;The maintenmance of mode-base includes modification of modle parameters;The maintenmane of knowledgebase includes editing and extension of knowledge-base. (5) System Help :It helps user operate and study the system of CMGIS.The system of CMGIS utilizes five main techniques:(l) the integrated technique of WEBGIS and ES;(2) the intelligence reasoning technique; (3)RDS technique;(4)the technique of making use of the ASP and ADO (GDO) to interview database; (5)COM technique.The system of CMGIS realized availably combination of WebGIS and ES.It not only realizes opening and share of the spatial data information on the network so that users can fastly search for available information , but also has the functions of spatial analysis and intelligence reasoning ,and provides the substantial production decision projects for users.The system has the important theoretical meaning and application foreground in the reasonable distrbution of all kinds of production factors and the farthest impovement of yield and economic benefits .
