The relationship between absolute and relative viscosity of wheat extract liquid was studied, and the viscosities of 30 wheats were analyzed. At the same time, effect of low viscoid wheats and enzymes (Allzyme PT, PS) on piglets (28days and 35days weaned piglets) growth was studied in this paper. The results show,(1) There is great significant relationship between the relative and absolute viscosity of wheat extract liquid. A great difference exists in different wheats' viscosities.(2) Low viscoid wheats can be used in piglets diet, if formulated rationally, it can accout for 50-60% in the diet, and good performance and profit can be obtained. If adding the PT or/and PS enzymes to the diets, better results will come out.(3) Allzyme PT has an positive effect on decreasing piglet's diarrhea rate.(4) Allzyme PT, PS can increase feed conversion rate, enhance the digestibility of nutrients, and help to earn more profit.
