Study On The Amino Acid Requirement And The IdealProtein Pattern Of Growing Rex Rabbits

The experiment was conducted with growing Rex rabbits to determine the optimum level of lysine and sulfur amino acid(SAA),and the influence of the low protein dietary on production performance.According to feeding trail, nitrogen balance trial and slaughter trail..studied the iniatial approach of building the optimum amino acid pattern.The high protein diets operate as control group,Lysin-HCL and DL-methionine were supplemented to the low protein diet with 0.50%, 0.65%, 0.80% lysine and 0.44%, 0.54%, 0.64%, 0.74% SAA.which adopted an entirely random experiment designation of two factors(3x4),totally 13 treaments.each of which was composed of 10 rabbits but male and female ratio of 1:1.The two basal diets contained 16.10% and 14.07% CP respectively.Feed intake and body weight were recorded every ten days. The experiment was lasted for 40 days.Results showed ,if consider the index of average daily gain(ADG) only, group 7 was optimum, if consider the parameter of feed conversation rate only, group 7 was optimum, if consider the index of nitrogen deletion, nitrogen deletion ratio only, group 7and 11 was optimum.Considering the above indexes syntheticly, the optimum lysine and SAA level of diet was 0.65%-0.80%,0.64% respectively for growing Rex rabbits.There is no significant difference in feeding low protein diets supplementing restrictive amino acids and conventional protein diets to production performance of growing Rex rabbits.(P>0.05) Based on the amino acid analysis of carcasses andfur ,blood serm free amino acid (FAA),ideal protein pattern for growing Rex rabbits was obtained.Supposing that the lysine is l00.the optimum pattern of some main total amino acids was as follow:Lys:Met:Cys:Met+Cys:Thr:Arg:Ile:Leu:Phe:Tyr:Phe+Tyr:His:Val:=100:23:75:98:96:99:49: 81:70:60:130:76:112...
