By anglicizing and researching on thirty-four broad-leafed trees , used multi-object decision and synthetical method and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to analysis the twelve indexes, then syntyetical evaluation of fast-growth and high-yielded species .precious timber species ,mushroom-wood species and pulpwood species were dived and the optimum broad-leafed species were selected. The cultural patterns of Manjglietia yuyuanensis and Phoebe bournei were researched, the optimum patterms were discussed. The mixed forests between Chinese fir with seven broad-leafed trees were considered that have better ecological and economic results. Be aimed at the situation of the forests cultivation in Fujian, five suggestions were given. The specific results as follow:1.Based on investigation into site utility, adaptability resistance ability, fast-grow, and high-product character, economic character etc of eighteen broad-leaf tree in Fujian Province Applying the method of obscure mathematics and polygonal decision, we comprehensively valuate these species and properly select six superior species. According to the comprehensive valuation, different species were graded: Liriodendron chinense >Manjglietia yuyuanensis Law>Michelia fujianensis>Altingia gracilipes\>Castanopsis carlesiiaP-Tsoongiodendron odorum. These six species may be primarily popularized in FuJian in the future.2.Phoebe bournei, Cinnamomum camphora and Castanopsis kawakanii. are broad-leaf trees with valuable quality. Illustrates their silvicultural practice in Fujian, the distribution ,biological characters and mainly analyses growth situation of their plantation at different sites to seek the best silvicultural model. The result shows pure plantation of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang grows well than mixed plantation, but mixed plantations of Castanopsis kawakanii Hay. and Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl grow well than pure plantation.3.Applied multiple objective decision-making to analysis the growth character, silviculture character and the growth character of the mushroom about the 13 species trees of the mushroom forest. The result shows that : 13 species trees can be divided to four levels by the synthetical evaluation values. Michelia macclurei and Elaesocarpus. Sylvestris are the best, Sassafras tsumu, Choerospondias axillaris and Castanopsis Sclerophylla are better. Castanopsis fargesii, Castanopsis eyrei, Castanopsis fordii and Alniphyllum fortunei are ordinary. Magnolia officinalis, Castanopsis Lamontii and Daphniphyllum fortunei are not to cultivate mushroom.4.Ten potential native broadleaved species with high growth rate were selected to examine their fiber dimension, wood chemical composition and CMP properties in order to select optimum pulpwood species suited for planting on a large scale over the subtropical mountainous areas in China. Among ten species tested , Liriodendron chinense and Betula luminifera were found to be two excellent broadleaved pulpwood species with moderate wooddensity, longer fiber, higher holocellulose and lower lignin, compared with Eucalyptus , Populus and Mason pine. Under a given CMP pulping process, pulp physical characteristica from Liriodendron chinense and Betula luninifera plantation wood were satisfactory, whose tensile and bear strength were evidently higher than Mason pine TMP. The results of comprehensive evaluation indicated that Alnus cremastogyne, Castanopsis fissa and Zenia insignis could be recommended as secondary important pulpwood species, while Schima wuperba, Liquidambar formosana, Manglietia yuyuanensis and Elaeocarpus sylvetris were not good pulpwood species because of high wood density and/or lignin and extractive content.5.Comparition to pure Manjglietia yuyuanensis forests and mixed forests between Manjglietia yuyuanensis and Chinese fir , the results show mixed forests are better than pure stands. The relationship in pure forest was intense, while interrelationships were coordinate in mixed stands, so the growth of mixed stands is better than pure stands. And, it's ecological an...
