In this paper, using the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system which made by LI - COR company of American, in the natural environment .indexes of Photosynthetic physiological ecology of the 38 native tree species in area of center in Guozhou Province were measured,such as Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm, Toona sinensis (A Juss.)Roem., Var.awabuki(K.Koch)Zabel ex Rumpl, Magnolia denudata Desr., Broussonetia papyrifera (L.)L'Herit.ex Vent Quercus stellata Wangenh. Michelia Wilsonii Finet et Gagnep , Cimamomumcamphora (L. ) Presl, Camellia oleifera Abel, Ligustrum lucidum Ait., Melia azedarach L., Dendrobenthamiajaponi cavar .Chinesis Fang, Cinnamomum Petrophilum N.Chao, Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. , Daphniphyllum macropodum Miq. , Elaeocarpus sylvestris Lour Doi Choerospondias axillaries(Roxb.)Bertt et Hill, Liguidambar formosana H. Resin, Cinnamomum japonicum Sieb. , Juglans regia L. , Parakmeria yunnanensis Hu et Cheng , Manglietia insignis(Wall.)Bl. , Sloanea sinensis (Hance)Hemsl., Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils. , Sassafras tsumu (Hemsl. )Hemsl.), Catalpa ovata D.Don, Rhus Chinensis Mill., Robinia Pseudoacacia L. Manglietia dhingii Michelia martini (Levl)Dandy, Michelia fulgens Dandy, Cinnamomum bodinieri Levl, Manglietia aromatica Dandy, Camptotheca acuminate Decsne., Michelia Platy petala Hand.-Mzt, Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey, Osmanthus fragrans (Thunb.)Lour, Camellia sinensis (L. )O.Ktze.). Furthermore, the effects of physiological factors, such as stomatal conduction, CO2 concentration in cell clearance, and ecological factors, such as photosynthetic available radiation, temperature, atmospheric water vapor deficit ,etc. on photosynthetic rate were analyzed . And transpiration rate, water use efficiency, chlorophyll content, carotinoid content and the calcium and magnesium content of the leaves, stems and roots, etc. were studied . According to the indexes of the thickness of barrier form, the thickness of leaf , chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll gross, carotinoid, photosynthesis rate, light saturation point, light compensation point, respiratory rate , CO2 compensation point and the calcium and magnesium content. The classifying results showed:1. In the natural environment, the diurnal changes of photosynthesis rate , transpiration rate and water use efficiency always have two types : one peak, two peaks.
