Study On The Mode Of The Natural Forest Conservation Project In Mountain Area Of Xinjiang

With the worsening of the ecology environment of the world, many countries of the world began to concern the ecological beneficial of the forest, especially, natural forest eco-system with complicated structure. And they have changed their old mode of management. Many effective measures are being used to conservation and develop the present natural forest resources. Our country has decided that the primary task of the forest is constructing ecology environment since the big water disaster in 1998. In other words, the natural forest conservation project has being implemented from then on in our country. Xinjiang is included. The analysis of current situation of natural forest in Xinjing and the tendency of changing in recent 50 years shows that there is potential ability to expand the areas of forest resources and to improve the rate of coverage in Xinjiang. As far as current situation concerned, we use the method of ISM to diagnose and sort. On the basis of this, we raise the two methods: connotation expanding reproduction and extension expanding reproduction, which are considered as the mode of natural forest conservation project in Xinjiang. Finally, we establish the quantitative objective of forest resources to be 5.14% coving rate and the qualitative objective to improve the construction of the forest eco-system.
