The Trichoderma spp existed in soil and grew on the remains of plants and dejection of animals, most of them were antagonist for pathogen of many plant disease, the value of Trichoderma spp against plant disease was noticed by some people.This research tested 6 low temperature isolates to restrain the growth of Botrytis cinerea, T-15 is the best one among them. In order to produce a large number of T-l 5, the culture condition of T-15 were tested, the optimum conditions are the water containing percentage 20%, the inoculum 8%, the variational temperature (lag phase 24@,the log phase 20@ and the stationary phase 26@), the thickness of medium 2 cm, the medium agitated and watered every 4~5h in the solid medium which include wheat bran, apple dreg and inorganic salt. The fermentation period is 7~ 9d, the conidial concentration can be over 1010 spore /g. By using different concentration of spore upon the Chinese goosebeery and tomato, the optimum concentration of T-15 against Botrytis cinerea is 4X 104 spore/g (greenhouse) or 4 X 106 spore/g (refrigeratory), the control effect is over 79%.
