| The investigation and analysis on the root soil of several points of Apple-pear orchards showed that the root soil organic matter and total nutrient content changed with the seasons, of which the content level was the lowest in Summer(the middle ten days of July), obviously lower than Spring(the middle ten days of May) and Autumn(the middle ten days of September). The change of available nutrient content of the root soil was as much as total nutrient content except for hydrolysable nitrogen content, which was obviously higher than Spring and Autumn. The average pH of the root soil value in Summer was 5.85 0.91, and appeared acidity or appreciable acidity. The correlation and casual coefficient diagnoses indicated that there were complexly aidant and opposed actions among the elements of the root soil of Apple-pear: the total phosphorus showed positive correlation compared with the organic matter, which had the best effect on the organic matter, whose direct casual coefficient is 0.4924, the available phosphorus was in the next place, whose direct casual coefficient is 0.3516.The investigation and analysis on the root soil biologic character of Apple-pear showed that the enzymes activities of urease, saccharase, proteinase , polyphenol oxidase and catalase were evidently different in different and same orchard with years in summer. The enzymes activities in root soil were closely correlated with the content of organic matter and microbe properties, and mostly showed significant and mighty significant correlation with the total and available nutritions of the root soil, which affected the organic matter except the direct action for the indirect action mostly. The seriation of the microbe properties in root soil all were Summer > Spring > Autumn, and the microbe population were positively correlated with the leading soil fertility, which were significant or mighty significant level with the organic matter, total nitrogen and total phosphorus. The investigation and analysis on the nutrient characters of the root soil and the tree-body showed that the seriation of the leaves absorbed the microelements from the root soil was Mn>Cu>Zn>Fe>B. |
