The analysis on the nutrient of yanbian's Apple-pear orchards' soil showed the average pH of the soil value was 5.03, the average value of the soil organic matter was 14.71g/kg, the average value of the total nitrogen was 0.64g/kg, the average value of the total phosphorus value was 0.35g/kg, the average value of the total kalium was 32.48g/kg, the average value of the hydrolysable nitrogen was 91.94mg/kg, the average value of the available phosphorus was 35.25mg/kg, the average value of the available kalium was 129.82mg/kg.The correlation analysis on the nutrion of soil indicated that the soil organic matter showed the prominent orthe mighty prominent positive correlation with the total nitrogen,,the hydrolysable nitrogen^he available phosphorus and the available kalium. The analysis on the texture of soil indicated the mostly Apple-pear orchards' soil of yanbian area was clay. The correlation analysis indicated Sand showed the mighty prominent negative correlation with the soil organic matter, the hydrolysable nitrogen,, the available phosphorus and the available kalium. Powder and clay showed the prominent or mighty prominent positive correlation with the total nitrogen, the hydrolysable nitrogen^ the available phosphorus and the available kalium. The analysis on the nutrient of Apple-pear's leaves indicated the nutrient of leaves in the high orchards and the middling orchards were evident higher than in the low orchards. The correlation analysis between the nutrient of leaf and the nutrient of soil indicated the total nitrogen and the total phosphorus of the leaves showed the prominent or mighty prominent positive correlation with the soil organic matter the available phosphorus and the available kalium. the total kalium of the leaves the prominent positive correlation with the soil organic matter, the hydrolysable nitrogen the available kalium. The analysis on the quality of fruit indicated that the weight of single fruit, the dissoluble solid matter and the total sugar in the high orchards was higher in the middling orchards, and in the middling orchards was higher than in the low orchards, the quality of Apple-pear's fruit was mostly affected by the hydrolysable nitrogen and the available kalium in soil.
