Armeniaca vulgaris Xsibirica belongs to Roseaceae, Armeniaca Mill. It's a particular sweet almond resource which include Long Wang-Mao and several other good varieties. Recent years, most of the apricot trees grow in the North-west areas injured by Spring abnormal low-temperature and drought .The yield of sweet almond fluctuated every year, sometimes, the yield is zero. Farmers need theory and new technique in their cultivation. This research focused on the physiological characteristic of drought resistance and abnormal low-temperature resistance. We also do researches on selecting suitable combination of reagents and further application of good selection. Depend on outside cultivate experiment and related index measured in the lab, We got the results as fellows:1. The pot experiment indicated: under 10d's slight stress of soil-water, soil fertilizing doesn't show obviously effect on the water content and osmotic adjustment substance. During long period of soil-water stress, the proline content is mainly controlled by the soil moisture, then the cross effect of soil moisture and soil fertilizing .The nutritional condition in soil and soil moisture has great effects on the tissue's water content of leaves. Under 40% soil moisture ,the proline content of the treatment is higher than the content in blank control.2.The field experiment in Chun-hua county indicated: Fertilize to soil surrounded the tree root in early winter can improve the ratio of complete- blossom ofArmeniaca vulgaris X Siberia, especially enlarge the quantity of complete-blossom on short branches and mini-branches .The suitable lever in this experiment to increase the ratio of complete-blossom is: nitrogen nutrition 0.3kg,potassium nutrition 0.21kg to soil. The index of drought resistance after blossom are greatly affected by the cross effects of fertilize to soil in early winter and spray rare elements nutrition to the leaves in the following spring. Only soil fertilizing or rare elements nutrition didn't show obviously effects.3.The result of compound reagents selecting experiment show : Spray reagent II and reagent III in early Spring can improve the SOD activity of the pink-bud and full flower. 0.08 mg/ml reagent I and 1.4mg/ml reagent II is helpful for abnormallow temperature resistance. In the range of reagent concentration, high lever of reagent II can decrease the content of MDA in the pink-buds and full flowers .High lever of reagent I or reagent II is good for cell membrane protection ,but the cross effects is not good foot the cell membrane.4.The experiment on the application of command reagents in Chun-hua county shows that: Spray compound reagents for low temperature-resistance of high experimental lever to the red-bud in Spring is good for improving chilling-resistance capacity. The concentration of the ingredients is: reagent I 0.08 mg/ml ,reagent II 1.4 mg/ml, reagent III0.4 mg/ml.
