24 Shang Hai Large White pigs, aged approximately 35 days were allocated randomly to six groups(control 1, control 2; subcutaneous immunization I 1and I 2, abdominal cavity immunization â…¡ land â…¡2, eath group included 4 piglets respectively. On 42th day, piglets of group I1,I2 and piglets of group â…¡ 1,â…¡2 were reapectively administrated subcutaneous and abdominal cavity injection with 2.5ml/kg.BW/d sheep anti-pig adipocyte plasma membrane antisera, piglets of control 1 and control 2 received an equivalent volume of sheep normal sera, Above every group received two consecutive daily injection.The result of the eleventh week after immunization indicated that compared with the control group, after passive immunization in group I 1 and in group â…¡1, body weight and lean meat both were increased, daily weight gain was increased; fat rate was reduced, feed conversion was increased obviously (P<0.05) ; backfat thickness was reduced significantly (P<0.05) , leaf-fat was reduced obviously (P<0.05) , caul-fat weight was reduced significantly (P<0.05) , rescepctively; The result of the seventeenth week after immunization indicated that compared with the control group, after passive immunization in group I 2 and in group â…¡2, lean meat rate was increased, fat rate was reduced, backfat thickness was reduced (P<0.05), leaf-fat was reduced (P<0.05), caul-fat weight was reduced,rescepctively.In contrast to control after immunization in both experimental groups, FFA concentrations were increased obviously in 7 to 17 days and kept constant in the later period; serum TC concentrations were lighter during experiment in experiment group, and that for two treatment groups were reduced significantly (P<0.05) in 7~17 days; serum TG concentrations were constant during the whole experiment; serum TP concentrations were increased within 35 days (P<0.05) , but serum TP concentrations were not increased significantly after 35days in abdominal cavity immunization group; serum BUN concentrations were lighter during the whole experiment in experiment groups, but after 35 days, serum BUN concentrations were reduced significantly only in group I land I 2.contant of moisture, crude protein, crude fat were analyzed in the different muscles (m.gluteobiceps, m.longissimus thoracis et lumborum, m.semitendinosuss and m. tenderloin) of pigs in all groups, compared with the control groups, the contents of crude protein in different muscles were increased in experiment groups, the contents of crude fat in different muscles were reduced in experiment groups in the prime of experiment.
