In this paper, we studied on the influence of spraying nitrogen, phosphorus, kalium and the mixture of nitrogen- phosphorus- kalium on leaves for the quality of different soybean varieties. The results showed it existing different effects on the quality of different soybean varieties.1. The effect for the protein content of soybeans.The results showed that there was a significant effect on the protein content of Dongnong 42 (a high protein variety) when nitrogen be sprayed on leaves with different times, the protein content reached the minimum value when the soybean was sprayed two times and it was higher at one time or three times; high fat variety -Dongnong 163 had a same trend with Dongnong42, but it didn' t reach significance level. There was no significant effect on the protein content when spraying phosphorus. To kalium, both Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 163 did not reach significance level in spraying times and spraying amount ,yet there was a significant effect on the interaction of spraying times and spraying amount of Dongnong 163. The results showed: more spraying times along with higher spraying amount can raise protein content of the varieties with high fat. The effect on protein content of soybeans spraying the mixture of nitrogen-phosphorus- kalium on leaves was some different between the two varieties, the effect was more obvious in Dongnong 163. Dongnong 42 had the same trend with Dongnong 163 but it didn' t reach significance level, the trend is : in the front four spraying amount, when increasing spraying amount, the protein content was rising, then it dropped at the fifth spraying amount.2. The effect for the fat content of soybeans.There was no significant effect on the fat content when spraying nitrogen or spraying phosphorus. But it was significant when spraying kalium and the mixture of nitrogen-phosphorus- kalium. In kalium fertilizer experiment, both Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 163 reached significant level, and they had the same trend rwhen increasing spraying amount, the fat content dropped. In the experiment of nitrogen- phosphorus- kalium, both of them reached significant level too, but the trend had no obvious regularity. Analyzing with the average of the two varieties, we received the same result with kalium experiment, that was the fat content dropped with the increasing of nitrogen- phosphorus- kalium amount.3. The effect for the total content of protein and fat of soybeans.There was no significant effect on the total content of protein and fat with spraying nitrogen,kalium or the mixture of nitrogen- phosphorus- kalium.
