Being first reported in the domestic tobacco field in 1980 and although many measures have been carried out, Potato Virus Y(PVY) have brought on a great lost to the tobacco leaf production. The reason of that is the disease infectious cycles and epidemic of PVY are not enough clear, the epidemic of PVY have been studied and the integrate management methods have been put forward in this paper according to the result of investigation and research on the disease and it's environment by the methods of combining the field trials and experiments in the laboratory.PVY is widely distributed in Heilongjiang tobacco production areas, the first infection source of the disease is mainly from potato tuber infected by PVY virus. PVY have a widely parasitic scope, but that of PVY N strain, the predominance strain, is narrow, the results which 25 species plant have been tested found that N strain can invade the plant as Nicotiana tobacum samsan; N. tobacum white burley; N.tobacum Huangmiaoyu; flue-cued tobacco; N. glutinosa; N.rustica;Curbita pepo; Hot paper and Solanum nigrum. The main varieties in the tobacco production are high sensitive to the virus, the investigation showed that the tobacco which near potato fields and apricot orchard have severity disease; the amount of aphids is a important factor which greatly affect the PVY disease. The Aphids which is the transmit vector of PVY virus have 2 active peak (late of June and medium of July) in heilongjiang province, the peaks of aphid are variety with climate condition, in general, the early hatched over-winter eggs of aphids, high livability, fast multiply, early active peak and high amount of aphids when the weather is hot, drought, enough sunshine. The mathematic model the relation betweendisease degree and population of wings aphids have beenmodel the relation between disease degree and population of wings aphids have been established, with the compare regression coefficient and compare regression absolutely coefficient are 0.967 and 0.935 respectively, the PVY occurrence prediction model: logit(1)=2.058+0.3551ogit(10) -0.04SQRT(Ap) was built by stepwise regression from the simulation model: Logistic {I=l/[1+aEXP(-bT)].According to the results of investigations and experiments the integrate management of PVY have been proposed: firstly, separation from the crops which is source of PVY virus such as pepper and potato etc; secondly, virus trap using the biological characteristic of aphids which attracted by yellow, rape can be planted around tobacco field to attract the aphids and kill them by spraying chemical; thirdly, avoid the aphid from tobacco fields by hanging silver gray straps around the field, finally, spraying the virus inhibitor to decrease the occurrence and degree of PVY disease.Candidate: Sun Jianping Speciality: Crop Production Supervisor: Prof. Wen Jingzhi Prof. Wu Yuanhua...
