Tobacco virus disease is a general disease in tobacco and cause severely infectious disease, and it is one of the most important diseases in worldwide area. The occur of tobacco virus diseases not only cause the loss of tobacco production but also cause the serious drop of tobacco quality, economic loss occupy half of loss caused by tobacco disease. In this research, based on the prevention condition of tobacco mosaic virus in Zibo area, we study the pathogenic mechanism of tobacco mosaic virus at present planting system (including the species of viruses, source of the viruses and the rules of epidemics), and screen high-efficient and virus-free inhibitor, and provide the reference for viruses prevention in Zibo area. The major results are as follows:The occurrence and epidemic of tobacco mosaic virus showed that the classes of virus species were PVY, CMV, TMV, TEV and PVX, the most serious diseases were PVY, CMV and TMV .The virus diseases were often mixed occurrence. There are a variety of virus source on the early spring and off-season crop, they would offer the source for tobacco mosaic virus. The aphid is the major factor causing the spread of the virus at the early period in field. The major breeds are infected with virus diseases at present. The occurrence and development of tobacco mosaic virus has new characteristics in present planting pattern.Used Nicotiana glutinosa as the necrotic lesion host, we tested the control effect of Cynanchum Komarovii W agent against tobacco mosaic virus. The results showed that when the effective concentration of the agent was 20ppm, the control effect against three viruses was about 80%. The control effect of leaf antimicrobial J-1 with the methods of indoor potted plant test showed that Nicotiana glutinosa was better against tobacco mosaic virus, the inhibitory effect of firstly inoculated viruses and then sprayed agent, firstly sprayed agent and then inoculated viruses, and mixed-inoculated virus and leaf antimicrobial was 74.17%, 35.73% and 88.5% respectively. Of all, the inhibitory effect of mixed-inoculated virus and leaf antimicrobial was best than other methods, the inhibitory effect was 88.5%, this showed that leaf antimicrobial could blunt virus in vitro. The control effect of field test showed that Cynanchum Komarovii W agent and leaf antimicrobial J-1 agaist PVY, CMV, and TMV were similar to 3.95% Bilken virusicide (500×) and 2% Junkeduke (250×), the inhibitory effect was above 40%. The two agents had higher bio-safety.
