| The trial was conducted to determine the effect of supplement phytase on performance and nutrient utilization and bon of growing-finisher pigs fed wheat-soybean meal based diets. Experiment 1 A total 40 pigs (average initial BW of 20kg, barrow: gilt =1:1) were allotted to five treatments, and there are 4 replicates of 2 pigs. Five treatments is : control group , low available phosphorus group(LAP), LAP+phytase group, low energy group(LE) and LE+phytase group. The results showed that phytase can increase average daily gain (ADG) and improve feed conversion ratios(FCR) significantly (P<0.05).Experiment 2 There are 40 pigs were (initial and final BW of 20 and 90kg) were allotted to five treatments, which has 4 replicates of 2 pigs. Five treatments is : control group , low crud protein (LCP) group, LCP+phytase, low energy and low available phosphorus and low protein group (LELPLCP), LELPLCP+phytase. The results showed that supplement phytase can improve ADG and FDR significantly (P<0.05).Experiment 3. 80 pigs averaging 40kg were used to evaluate nutrient digestibility. There were low digestibility on protein and Ca and P in pigs fed LAP diet and LE diet without phytase. Added phytase in LAP diet improved Ca digsted(P<0.01).The percentage of P digested was increased by fed LAP with phytase , and protein digested was improved by fed LE with phytase. Supplement phytase in LCP diet can increase digestibility Ca and P by 6.70%, 3.76% respectively. Digestibility P was the lowest (P<0.05) for pigs fed on LELPLCP diet without phytase. Phytase increased digestibility protein and Ca by 5%, 7.46% respectively.Experiment 4. 30 pigs(3 pig of each treatment)averaging 90kg were slaughtered when Exp.1and Exp.2 ended. The results showed that 1) there were low ash and Ca and P content of bone feeding LAP diet (P<0.05). Phytase can increase Ca and P content of bone by 12.65%, 22.91% respectively. 2) the ash and P content of bone of pigs fed LE diet decreased significantly (P<0.05). The content of ash improved 10.81% by fed LE diet with phytase(P<0.05), and the percentage of P of bone also increase 22.91%; 3) there were the lowest content of P for pigs fed LCP diet without phytase(P<0.05), and content Ca of bone decreased. Supplied phytase improved mineral content of bone, increased of Ca and P by 7.58% and 40.08% recpectively. The results of this study indicate that phytase can improve performance and nutrient utilization and mineral retain of bon of growing-finisher pigs. Supplied phytase in low phosphorus diet can get the best result. |
