| This study investigated the effects of Rovabio on performance and fecal digestibility of nutrients for grower-finisher pigs fed on corn/SBM diets. A total of 288 weaned pigs (Duroc X Landrace X Large White, average body weight 27kg, 144 barrows and 144 gilts) were allotted to 4 treatments, 6 replicates/trt, 12 pigs/replicate by a 2X2 factorial design (dietary nutrient level: Standard, low DE; enzyme level: none enzyme-added, enzyme-added). Pigs on treatment 1, 2, 3 and 4 were fed standard diet, standard diet + Rovabio, low DE diet and low DE diet + Rovabio in 27-60kg and 60kg-market phases. Feed samples and fecal samples were each collected on week 7 and week 11 to measure dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), crude fat (EE), ash, calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), neutral detergent fibre (NDF), gross energy (GE) and acid-insoluble ash (AIA). Results showed that:1. For 27-60kg pigs, Rovabio significantly improved average daily gain (ADG), feed conversation ratio (FCR), average profit per pig (P<0.05), and fecal digestibility of DM, CP, EE, Ca, P, GE and DE (P<0.01 or P<0.05). At the same time, Rovabio significantly reduced diarrhea rate and morbidity (P<0.01), and feed cost per kg gain (P<0.05).2. For 60kg-market pig, Rovabio significantly improved fecal digestibility of DM, CP, EE, ash, Ca, P and GE and DE (P<0.01); and reduced diarrhea rate and morbidity (p<0.05).3. For the whole consideration of 27kg-market pigs, Rovabio significantly improved FCR (P<0.01) and average profit per pig (P<0.05), reduced diarrhea rate and morbidity (p<0.01), and feed cost per kg gain (P<0.05).It can be concluded that, compared with none enzyme-added pigs, DE and digestibility of CP improved by 80 and 120Kcal/kg, 5.90% and 6.55%; achieving 60kg and market weight shortened by 3.1 and 2.7 days; the feed cost per kg gain reduced by $ 0.24 and 0.15; average profit per pig improved $15.62 and 8.09 in enzyme-added pigs of 27-60kg and 60kg-market, respectively.
