| Jasmine is a kind of special aromatic plant in China.Its aromatic is elegence and sterling.lt can be used to abstract Jasminum refining oil,but also can be used in the process of jasmine tea ,which is a kind of special tea in China.So the quality of jasmine has much to do with products quality and benefits of aromatic and teas processing industry.In recently, with the appliance and generalise of some advanced technology in analysing aromatic constituents such as the GS...and so on, the study to jasimines aromatic constituents is more thoroughly,and the kind of them is more complately.At the same time,the synutilization of jasmine is more emphsized ,for example,the utilization of the wasted jasmine .The study of Ningde tea factory in fujian showed,if added wasted jasmine into pogs fodder, the pog will grow better,so it can cut down the lost.ninshan tea factory in guangxi took advantage of the wasted jasmine to abstract the plaster.and the results showed the effect of its usage was evident.In addition,jasmine can be used in food industry .But it is rarely to utilizate the rainy jasmine and most of technologist didn't emphise it.The rainy jasmine is important component of jasmine and its proportion is high.It has bad effect to process the jasmine tea,because it can prolong the time of procession and effact the output of normal jasmine,so that enrise the price and increase the cost.In addition,the farmer can be also effected by the rainy jasmine because of their low earnings.But they and these tea businessmen have been used to these things.To change this situation,and sufficiently ultilizate the rainy jasmine ,enhance the efficiency of jasmine tea and increase the earnings of farmers,this article uses SDE tocollect the aromatic constituents of jasmine,and uses GS-lins to analysize these constituentsm,on the base of sunny jasmine and rainy jasmine.lt shows that there are 68 kinds of constituents in rainy jasmine and 70 kinds in sunny jasmine in naturally.They are almost coincident as far as the aromatic constituents are concerned,but have difference in quality.In naturally, the aromatic component's quality in sunny jasmine is higher than in rainy jasmine.The article find that these aromatic constituents haven't grievous difference and important constituents exist both inrainy jasmine and sunny jasmine,but the concentration of these constituents in farmer is way higher than in laster,on the base of analysis and compare the two kinds of jasmine.The reason maybe has to do with the grow condition of rainy jasmine ,such as bad weather,low temperature and high water content and so on. Temperature and water content can effact the fllour laying and concentration.tTo further prove the guess,the experiment improve the condition to enhance the rainy jasmine's opening and concenttationThis experiment controls the temperature of rainy Jasmine and the relative humidity indoors,and observes the laying situation in the different blooming states in the different termperature and humidity,and establish the best condition of releasing aromatic.By comparing and analysizing the aromatic constituents,aromatic content between the rainy Jasmine in naturally and the sunny Jasmine,prove if it is impossible to gain the anticipant purpose by enhancing the exterior condition.The result shows that it can gain the anticipant purpose by enhancing the exterior condition.The rainy Jasmine has evident improvement in opening trim,the concentation and the best releasing time after enhancing theexterior condition.In addition,the aromatic constituents add up to 90 kinds from 68 kinds. The best condition of rainy jasmine's laying is that the temperature is 34-38℃,the relative content in room is 80%.We still result that if enhance these conditions,the rainy jasmine can lay ahead 2-3 hours than in natural(but the time is later than the sunny jasmine ),and the peak hours of laying is 22:30.In a word,the experiment shows that if improve the condition ,can increase the concentration of fragences ,set forth the time of laying,on the base... |
