The Effect Of Two Different Disinfectant On The Broiler Hatchery Hygiene And Hatcher

Formalin aerial disinfection was widely used on the breeder's egg in most of company in China. Otherwise, according to some article, formalin aerial disinfection may not be used on "sweater" egg.In 2002, we use formalin disinfection and bestaquam disinfection to sanine the breeder's egg from the different breeder of 36 weeks, 45 weeks, and 61 weeks in summer, in order to identify the efficiency of the two disinfection products, at the same time, setting a control group during the test. The bacterial contamination rate in three groups of the inside and the surface of the egg post-disinfection, the dead embryo during the hatchery period and the dead embryo , the abnormal chicken and the normal chicken when the hatchery process is over. Meanwhile Survileing the dead embryo rate and the hatchery rate of fertilized egg statistically .The result indicated that the rate of surface egg in Formalin group (2.22%) and bestaquam group are lower than that in control group statistically ,but there is not different of both disinfection groups statically . The dead embryo rate in formalin group is higher than that in bestaquam group , but the difference has not statistical meaning .The hatchery of fertilized egg in Formalin group is lower than that in bestaquam group , there is not significant difference statically. The result indicated that bestaquam disinfection is super than formalin disinfection on the "sweater" eggs in summer.This experiment combined practice and laboratory work, gave some new ideas for the disinfection of the breeder eggs in hatchery in summer and the method would improve the economic efficient for your company.
