Study On Reproductive Technology Of Bashang Long Tailed Chicken

This test is divided into 4 parts to study the reproductive technology of long-tailed chickens on the dam:1.Select 350 days Bashang Long Tail Chickens,Leghorn chickens and Dongxiang black chickens each 10.Bashang Long Tail Chicken was used as test group and Leghorn chickens and Dongxiang Black Chicken as control group respectively.Sperm volume,sperm motility,sperm density and Percentage of abnormal sperm were measured for 30 consecutive days.As a result,the sperm volume of Bashang Long Tail Chicken was significantly higher than that of Leghorn chickens and Dong Xiang Black Chicken,and that of Dong Xiang Black Chicken was significantly higher than that of Leghorn chickens(p <0.05);There was no significant difference in sperm motility between the three breeds(p >0.05);the sperm density of Bashang long tailed chicken was significantly lower than that of Leghorn chickens and Dongxiang black chicken(p <0.05);The Percentage of abnormal sperm of Dongxiang black chicken was significantly lower than that of Bashang long tailed chicken and Leghorn chickens(p <0.05).With the extension of sperm extraction time,the chicken’s sperm volume,sperm motility and sperm density,the change law of periodic first decline and then rise,the change law of sex first rise and then fall in the period of Percentage of abnormal sperm.2.Three hundred 350-day-old Bashang long tailed chicken were divided into 10 groups,and the eggs were collected for 30 days.The results showed that the fertilization rate of seeded eggs was more than 92%,and the hatching effect was better.3.After 3 consecutive days of insemination,80 Bashang long tailed chicken of 350 days old were selected to collect the eggs and analyze the fertilization rate and hatching rate.To study the hatching effect of continuous fertilization of hens.The results showed that the fertilization rate of the first 8 days was higher than 90%,and the maximum time of collecting fertilized eggs was 17 days.4.A total of 240 380-day-old Bashang long tailed chicken were divided into 8 groups 5days、65days、75days、85days、95days、105days、115days、125days insemination intervals.To study the effect of different insemination interval time on eggs of Long Tail Chicken in Bashang.The results showed that at higher fertilization rate,the interval between insemination was 7 days.
