Basing on investigating a number of materials and references, this research analyzes the work mechanism and the locomotion property of several kinds of representative dispersing mechanisms of the rice seeding throwers, and a ordinal rice seeding thrower by transplanting machinery is bring forward with efficient, trusty and simple property, which can directly use the existing manpower rice seeding pan and economize the breeding cost and the work space because of rice seeding pan needn't be set in machinery. In this paper, the dispersing mechanism of rice seeding thrower is mainly looked as research object which is designed and analyzed according to mechanical vibration theory and finite element method, and the whole processes are implemented through ANSYS and CAD. The research is a project subsided by the important subject fund of Zhejiang province science and technology hall, Deep Fertilization Teamwork Machine and Rice Precision Seeding Thrower.The main research contents are summarized as follows:1. Referring to the relative references, research result and practice experiences, and considering the requires of farm-work, the paper brings forward a new method to design the vibration transportation dispersing mechanism, especially which is designed by simulated analysis, and provides some new method for researching agriculture machine.2. According to the principle of mechanical vibration, through qualitative and quantitative analysis the paper research the vibration transportation mechanisms of the rice seeding thrower, and establish mathematic modelsand parameter relation of the mechanism's locomotion.3. According to the principle of the finite element method, the research establishes finite element models of the vibration transportation mechanisms , some model parameters such as the frequency and vibration type are confirmed and validated by the modal analysis, then which analyzes dynamic-state response of the model and confirms the swing distributing of the models, thereby make the design of models precise.4. According to the result of the design and the machine parameters, by PROENGINEER the research establishes the simulative sample of rice seeding thrower, inspecting the physics property of the machine such as the assemblage, intervention and weight, and building the 3D imitative models, which can clear show the entity of rice seeding thrower.5. The modal experiment analysis on vibration mechanism will be completed by INV306 intellectualized signal collection and process analysis system for validating the finite element analysis model.
