Threshing machine is a significant bearing device in grain combine harvester,which is beard all kinds of loads and vibration from threshing system,cleaning system and chassis system.Therefore,there is a great significant for product quality of the whole harvester that the frame has a good structural characteristics.With the development of modern manufacturing industry,the performance requirements of the harvester is more and more high,the traditional design and analysis methods have great limitations which is difficult to meet the design requirements of modern agricultural machinery.The continuous development of finite element technology provides a very effective way to solve this kind of problem.By using the finite element method,we can conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the related products which helps to improve the efficiency of research and development and ensures product quality and reliability.Finite element method has been widely used at home and abroad.In this paper the grain combine harvester of Xinguang Company is studied as the research subject.According to the actual structure,establish the three-dimensional model of the frame by Pro/E software,and leading-in finite element analysis software through the interface of Workbench ANSYS to establish the finite element model.By static analysis of the frame of finite element,the power transmission route between the various devices of the harvester is studied and the additional load caused by gear transmission and gear chain transmission is calculated.Combining the actual installation position of each device and the constraint condition of the frame,the boundary condition of the static analysis of the frame is determined.The stress and deformation distribution of the frame are obtained by static analysis of the frame.The static strength check of the frame have be found that the static strength of the rack have meet the use requirements,but the strength of the surplus amount is not large.Based on the static analysis,using topology optimization method to optimize the frame and ensuring the strength of the frame and using frame quality as the objective function can effectively reduce the unnecessary quality of the frame which provides a reference direction for the design of the frame in the future.Analysis of the frame by using finite element modal and experimental modal.Using the results of finite element modal analysis guide the experimental modal analysis not only full use the characteristics of convenient and efficient of finite element modal analysis,but also prove the correctness of calculation modes and rationality of finite element model by testing mode.By using the modal analysis module in the finite element analysis software,the mode analysis of the pressed concrete frame is carried out,which can reflect the modal characteristics of the frame under the actual working conditions.The analysis results show that the natural frequency of the first six steps,the cloud image and the maximum vibration deformation.And comparing with the external excitation frequency of engine,threshing cylinder,road surface excitation and etc.,to test and verify does the frame can effectively prevent the occurrence of vibration.Establish modal test system by experimental modal analysis of the frame and distinguish modal parameters of the frame by time domain method.Comparing the experimental results with the finite element analysis results,the error analysis method is adopted for the comparison of the natural frequencies.The comparison of the mode of vibration is visual comparison method,and the two modes are similar.Comparing withe the actual models in Xingguang Company,the results show that the finite element analysis results have high reliability and the model is reasonable.The research results of this paper make the foundation for analyzing the static characteristics,dynamic characteristics and structure optimization of the harvester frame.In addition,the research results also have certain guiding significance to the production of the harvester enterprises.
