The 50 sugarbeet varieties were studied in indexes of shape and photosynthetic properties in the first part of the paper. It shows that root yield has significantly positive correlation with photosynthetic rates and area of leaf. Transpiration rate has significantly positive correlation with stomatal conductance and area of leaf; sugar content has negative correlation with and root yield, stomatal conductance, and transpiration rate the thickness of leaf has negative correlation with stomatal conductance, transpiration rate. These indexes were analysed by Principal components analysis method. At The same time Genetic Diversity analysis based on Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNAs has differentiate relative. Therefore, the result of the paper has definite theoretical and practical significance to the study of Germplasm Resource and sugarbeet breeding.
