Three parts are given in the thesis:1 .The pesticide multiresidue analysis of Organochlorine, Organophosphate and Pyrethroid etc.in B.chinensis L.The capillary gas chromatographic(GC) method was used for determining 8 kinds of pesticides residue in B.chinensis L.(op'-DDD, pp'-DDD, op'-DDT, pp'-DDT, a-BHC, p-BHC, y-BHC, 6-BHC, triadimefon, parathion-methyl, deltamethrin, quintozene, DDVP, fenvalerate). 8 kinds of pesticide were seperated in 40 minutes by programmed temperature and detection limits were in the range of 0.50ug.kg-1~14ug.kg-1. The correlation coefficients of this method were >0. 9920. Different extracted methods were studied. The analytical results showed that the recoveries added in B.chinensis L. were 70.87%~85.85%, RSD < 5.4%, extracted by acetonitrile for 30 minutes with Ultrasonic wave Assistant Extraction(UAE), purified by Liquid-Liquid Extraction(LLE) and Solid-Phase Extraction(SPE).2. The pesticide multiresidue analysis of 21 kinds of pesticide in A.tuberosum Rottler21 kinds of pesticides(op'-DDD, pp'-DDD, op'-DDT, pp'-DDT, a-BHC, p-BHC, y-BHC, S-BHC, triadimefon, parathion-methyl, parathion-methyl, quintozene, DDVP, delta methrin, fenvalerate, dimethoate, tetramethrin, fenpropathrin, bifenthrin, cyhalothrin, perm ethrin,cypermethrin,a-fluvalinate,B-fluvalinate,cartap,chlorpyrifos, fenthion, chlorothalonil, pyridaben) can be sesperated in the capillary gas chromatographic(GC) with ECD and programmed temperature . The detection limits were in the range of 0.50ug.kg-1~15ug.kg-1. With the same extracted and purified methods as B.chinensis L , the sample recoveries were 68.37%~85.85%, RSD<6. 7%.3.The applications of Solide-phase extraction(SPE) and GB in the pesticide residue analysisThe contrast experiments of pesticide residue between SPE and GB were studied inthe tea, flour, vegetable powder and ham. And the results show that the efficiency of twomethods is equivalent in recovery and RSD. But the SPE method use more little solvent and time, which is fit for many samples' pesticide residue detection.
