Epidemiological Investigation Of Main Infective Disease On Pig Farm In HuNan Province

The cases of 465 pig farms were diagonosed by 15 reagent-case and General examination method. At the same time|28990 shares serum "s antibody were monitored with HC PRRS FMD PPV JF Brue Chla, IARS Toxoplasmosis.The results are as followings:I The species and prevalent situations of main epidemic disease on pig farm.The main epidemic disease was propagate obstruction and infectious disease,the infective rates of both was respectively 54.77% and 56.18% in HuNan.The infection rates of HC FMD and porcine pasteurellosis were respectively 47.7% 14.37% 5.75. The infective rates of epidemic disease on pig farm in ChangSha, Yueyang,Yongzhou and Xiangtang were 30.29% 13.59% and 7.94% respectively.The incidence of a disease of large -scale farm moderate- scale and small -scale farm were respectively 27.35%,44.12%and 28.53%. The species of epidemic disease on large -scale farm| was propagate obstruction ,but infectious disease on moderate- scale and small -scale farm.The disease on moderate- scale and small -scale farm was mainly HC and FMD.The HR infection rates on two farm were respectively 52.94%,33.82%, the FMD infection rates on two farm were respectively 69.23% and 26.9%. Porcine pasteurellosis and PR occurred chiefly on large-scale farm. The infection rates of PR on three kinds of farms were respectively 51.06%,38.3%,10.64% .II. The cause of propagate obstruction on swine.The cause of propagate obstruction was PR HC PRRS PPV JE and chlamydia ,which did not appear single infection.The antigen was monitored on 305 pig farms which have thetypical symptom of propagate obstruction. The antibody was measured which included 6346 shares serum sample and 52698 shares sample of field. The result revealed that the appear rates of antigen of HC were 61.97% on pig farm with typical symptom of propagate obstruction. The positive rates of antibody to PRRS,PR,JE, chla were 49.42%, 34.29%, 12.72%, 31.71%, 48.08% respectively with no vaccine. The cross infection rates were 23.81% between HC and PC , 9.52% between HC and PRRS , 59.65% between HC and PRRS, 59.65% between PR and PRRS.So,the main reason of propagate obstruction was single or mixed infection with HC PRRS PR Chal JE and PPV.III. The subclinical infection situations of HC FMD HC PR and PWMS on pig farm.The amounts of positive spot of antibobly were respectively 45.45%, 50%, 61.64% and 62.29% among FMD,HC,PR and PWMS on pig farms with obvious typical sympotom. The even antibody positive rates were respectively 7.2%,23.58%,29.16%,49.40%.
