In the thesis, the study was conducted to determine the effects of humic acid (HA) compound fertilizer on iron adsorption, nutrient release of soil, nutrient utilization, soil fertility and the growth of grape (Kyoto). In addition, the physiological mechanism of HA compound fertilizer promoting the growth of grape was researched, which included superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD), chlorophll contents, stomatic diffuse resistance and transpiration rate. The simulated test, soil culture and field experiment were used. The results showed as follows: (1)In the three HA compound fertilizers, the effect of HAL controlling nitrogen(N) was better than HAY and HAH, HAH was lowest. The fixation of HAL about phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) was smallest of the three HA compound fertilizers. The effects of HA compound fertilizers were more significant than that of inorganic fertilizers. (2) The adsorption tendency of different fertilizers was same in the different bivalence iron concentration, which is HAL>HAY>HAH. But through the 90 days of soil culture, the release of adsorbed iron was HAH>HAY>HAL. (3)The effects of HA compound fertilizer on the growth of grape were realized by HA regulation a series of physiology activity of gape, such as improving activity of SOD and POD activities, increasing transpiration rate and decreasing stomatic diffuse resistance, raising chlorophyll contents of grape leaves. 〤ompared to inorganic fertilizer, HA compound fertilizer could promote N, P, K uptake and utilization by grape, so that increased fertilizer apparent recovery. But the effects were more and more lower along with increase of fertilizer rate. ㏕hrough applying HA compound fertilizer, available N, available P and available K were increase than that applied by equal nutrient of inorganic fertilizer. The contents of organic material were increase 1.23%~3.08%. In the field experiment, the contents of N and K were enhanced and the removal of P was increased. 〩A compound fertilizer improved the qualities of grape berries, apparently increased the weight of grape berry and the contents of Vc, it also effectively enhanced the reductive sugar and total soluble solids of fruit, decreased the titratable acidity partly. (7) HA compound fertilizer increase the production of grape, the relationship between applied fertilizer rate and yield of grape was described with quadratic curve regression model: y = -8E-05x2 + 0.0392x + 3.647. The R value of HA compound fertilizer was 0.979. According to the equation, the highest rate of HA compound fertilizer is 245 kg/hm2, the highest yield of grape is 8.45t/hm2, the yield of every HA compound fertilizer is 34.49kg/hm2. The R value of inorganic fertilizer was 0.971, the highest rate of inorganic fertilizer is 250kg/hm2, the highest yield of grape is 6.72 t/hm2, the yield of every inorganic fertilizer is 26.88 kg/hm2. The yield of grape was higher by 22.06% than that applied by equal nutrients of inorganic fertilizer, the price of grape was 6yuan/kg in 2003, and the price of every nutrient was 45.66 yuan in every hectare. When the two fertilizers attained the highest yield, the production of humic acid compound fertilizer in every hectare increased 1730kg than inorganic fertilizer, the price increment of humic acid compound fertilizer in every hectare was 1038 yuan than inorganic fertilizer.
