In this paper for flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan97, light leaf vetch green manure varieties for, the indoor pot experiment, different overturning quantity of green manure and green manure and chemical fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco growth, yield and quality and nutrient uptake and utilization effect, aimed to clarify in no fertilizer condition on flue-cured tobacco growth, yield and quality the best green manure, nutrient absorption has a positive impact on the overturning quantity (range) reasonable proportion and green manure instead of chemical fertilizer (range). The results show that:(1)3main periods in the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, green manure application could promote the growth and development of tobacco. Agronomic traits between different quantity of green manure treatment increased the pressure change irregularly obvious over with green manure. Quantity of green manure for1500kg/667m2-2000kg/667m2on early growth promoting effect is good; and with the continuous growth of flue-cured tobacco, between different quantity of green manure of flue-cured tobacco in different agronomic traits was not obvious, and gradually close to trend. In the rosette stage, green manure and chemical fertilizers on plant height, leaf width and leaf length were higher than in chemical fertilizer treatment55.16%,50.59%,92.31%. In the growing period and mature period, index of agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco plants with green manure for fertilizer proportion increased and then decreased.(2) The total amount of tobacco plant green manure treatment were significantly higher than those in no fertilizer treatment; the different quantity of green manure were compared among treatments, G3and G4of the plant biomass was relatively high. Compared with CK treatment, green manure significantly increased the yield of tobacco leaves, the quantity of green manure is1500kg/667m2relative to the highest, but the quantity of green manure between different flue-cured tobacco yield no significant difference. And the application of chemical fertilizer treatment (F100), green manure and chemical fertilizers (F85, F70, F55and F40) could promote the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, flue-cured tobacco yield increased significantly. But the application of green manure with chemical fertilizer treatment between the leaf dry weight were not significant.(3) Green manure treatment compared to no fertilizer significantly increased content of total nitrogen, total potassium content of flue-cured tobacco and nicotine content, reducing sugar content in flue-cured tobacco leaves, the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine showed an upward trend, and sugar alkali ratio decrease. A comparison between different quantity of green manure treatment, the amount of pressure over1500kg/667m2-2000kg/667m2in green manure, total potassium content is relatively high, and leaf nitrogen of flue-cured tobacco, sugar than alkali alkali ratio close to or in accord with ideal interval tobacco quality. Application of chemical fertilizer treatment compared with treatment of green manure and chemical fertilizer, potassium, nicotine content in tobacco was significantly increased, the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine, sugar alkali ratio decreased significantly, is conducive to improving the quality of tobacco leaves. A comparison between different green manure and chemical fertilizers, the nicotine content in tobacco leaves, the content of reducing sugar, the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine, sugar alkali ratio was not significantly different, but F55and F40treatment (instead of45%and60%proportion of green manure fertilizer) of potassium content of tobacco leaf was significantly higher than other treatments, and the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine in tobacco, sugar alkali ratio closer the optimum range of values.(4) Compared with CK, green manures could promote the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium absorption. With the increase of quantity of green manure, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium uptake by plants and leaves of flue-cured tobacco is increasing, and the quantity of green manure of1500-2000kg/667m2is relatively high. Compared with single chemical fertilizer treatment, green manure instead of plants and leaves of flue-cured tobacco nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer uptake increased significantly. Increasing the pressure as green manure, nitrogen phosphorus, potassium of flue-cured tobacco were showing a decreasing trend, as follows:G1>G3>G2>G4. Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer, and nutrient conditions of green manure and chemical fertilizer treatment can obviously improve the uptake of flue-cured tobacco and tobacco leaf nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, except F40treatment (green manure instead of60% chemical fertilizer) is higher absorption of potassium, other green manure and chemical fertilizers (F85, F70and F55) had no significant differences between the uptake of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium. With the rising proportion of green manure instead of chemical fertilizers, flue-cured tobacco plant utilization of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilizer rates are increasing or increasing trend.(5) In summary, when considering only the green manure as fertilizer sources, absorption and utilization of comprehensive tobacco production, tobacco intrinsic chemical composition and nutrient, quantity of green manure1500kg-2000kg/667m2is relatively good. Because under the same test conditions, yield of green manure treatment alone was significantly lower than that with chemical fertilizer and green manure and chemical fertilizer treatment, therefore, should pay attention to and the use of green manure and chemical fertilizer applied in the production practice. Between different green manure and chemical fertilizers tobacco (dry weight) yield and nutrient utilization rate was not significantly different, with the intrinsic chemical composition of tobacco, F55and F40(instead of45%and60%proportion of green manure fertilizer) is a green manure with chemical fertilizer reasonable.
