Natural secondary forest is the main part of forest resource of China. It is very important to manage natural secondary forest properly for constructing more perfect forest ecological system and developed industrial system. In this paper, the author studied the landscape of Dongfanghong Forest Farm in Dailing Forest Sector. The result showed that forest landscape constructed matrix of landscape in Dongfanghong Forest Farm, advantage status of forest landscape was strengthened, and forest resource has been restored better. The result also showed that the advantage of the regional climax vegetation type of forest landscape had been strengthened because of proper management measures. Under the existing forest management measures, the forest resource of Dongfanghong Forest Farm would be better restored and developed. During 2041 and 2049, Korean pine forest would become an advantaged and steady vegetation type. The study developed the SPACE model based on the example plot of Dongfanghong Forest Farm in Dailing Forest Sector. The author studied the first-rate growth in even tree species, and achieved the minimum diameter growth in every tree species. This brought actual simulating effects and made the relationships of tree species clear. In forest management evaluation, the author introduced The Analytic Hierarchy Process, and built the model. The result of using this method showed that the method reflected the multiple benefits of forest resource perfectly, and the evaluation of planning is exact and distinct. The author designed five management plans in the example plot of Dongfanghong Forest Farm in Dailing Forest Sector and simulated each plans for 100 years period. The simulating results showed that the improved SPACE model could simulate each plans properly. The result of using The Analytic Hierarchy Process showed that the best management planning is: all broadleaf trees with Dbh above 20 cm are cut off in the first year, and all trees with Dbh above 30 cm are cut off at the 50th year.
